Pedagogist. She attended to Gestalt School of Psychoterapy and to Transactional Analysis courses. She was working as HR Manager and trainer. She took part in various innovation and development processes for companies and institutions. In Concordia Design she organizes events devoted to the development of creativity of employees. Cooperating with VOX, IKEA, Tołpa, ORSKA, Yes, Johnson&Johnson, she teaches how to stimulate creativity – how creative ideas (of inner child) can be translated into practice.
