6 male silhouettes
Materials: sport and work fabrics, knitwear
This collection is intended to be a protest against the boredom and repeatability of design in contemporary streetwear, and to make reference to its punk and hip-hop roots. The designer made use of thick cotton knitwear, polyamide, and fabrics for the production of protective wear. Protective wear as well as the T-shirts, crew necks, hoodies, and tracksuits typical of streetwear inspired the forms and details of the clothing. Also visible are the links to ritual and priestly robes: broad black stripes intertwined with variations on ‘three stripes on a tracksuit’.
