First stage | Submit your documents and portfolio
To begin your application, you need to upload digital copies of your required documents and attach your portfolio directly in the online application form.
Upload scans of your educational documents (like your high school diploma and transcripts) and proof of your English language proficiency. Be sure to review the specific translation and formatting rules before you upload!

You will also need to prepare a portfolio that showcases your previous work, your sources of inspiration, and what motivates you to study design. You can attach your portfolio directly to the online application form.
What is the portfolio all about?
While the word 'portfolio' might sound intimidating, making you think of a thick folder full of professional artwork — but do not worry, that is not what we expect.

Exam results and final steps
You will receive your results in your online account within five business days of your interview.
If you pass, you will need to complete your final enrollment steps to secure your spot at School of Form. This includes signing your tuition agreement, completing a required medical exam (to confirm there are no health barriers to your studies), and submitting your original documents to the Admissions Office.
Important: Admission is on a rolling basis, meaning we accept students until all available spots are filled. Passing the exam does not guarantee you a place in the program, so we highly recommend completing the rest of your enrollment steps as soon as you receive your results!
