The admissions process for design studies starts in January and consists of two stages: portfolio assessment and qualifying exam. The rules are simple.

Start of the admissions process
The application form will be available from January 25, 2024. You are welcome to submit your application even if you have not yet received your high school diploma; however, you need to submit it after passing the exam.

The admission schedule for programs in English differs from the one for programs in Polish.

Admission schedule
First stage | Portfolio
The first stage of the admission process involves evaluating your portfolio, which you submit within the application form. To progress to the next stage, you need to achieve at least 25 out of 40 possible points. Portfolio submissions are accepted at your convenience on the following dates:
- February 26, 2024
- April 2, 2024
- April 29, 2024
- June 3, 2024
- June 10, 2024
- July 1, 2024
- July 8, 2024

If you obtain the required number of points for your portfolio, you will proceed to the second stage of the admission process and take the qualifying exam. The exam can be scheduled on the following dates:
- March 7, 2024 (portfolio sent before February 26, 2024)
- April 11, 2024 (portfolio sent before April 2, 2024)
- May 9, 2024 (portfolio sent before April 29, 2024)
- June 13, 2024 (portfolio sent before June 3, 2024)
- June 20, 2024 (portfolio sent before June 10, 2024)
- July 11, 2024 (portfolio sent before July 1, 2024)
- July 18, 2024 (portfolio sent before July 8, 2024)
What does the exam look like?
The design program exam is conducted through an interview with the committee, based on the portfolio you submitted earlier. Exams are conducted remotely via Google Meet.

Notification of exam results
You will be notified of your exam results within 5 business days of the exam date via the admission form. Please note that passing the admission exam does not automatically guarantee immediate admission to the studies.
In order to study at the School of Form, you must complete all the formalities, i.e. sign an agreement on the terms of payment for the studies, submit to the Admissions Office a certificate from the occupational medicine physician confirming the absence of contraindications to study, as well as the original documents required during the admissions process.
We encourage you to complete the admissions process as soon as possible, as applications will be accepted until available slots are filled.
