I Don’t Care Where You Come From

From 19th-century Naples to the local corner store, pizza has travelled a long and winding path, becoming part of communities, cultures, and everyday rituals around the world. I Don’t Care Where You Come From is an artist's book that explores pizza as a cultural phenomenon and its role in shaping contemporary life.

The publication brings together photographs that capture the many, often contrasting, identities of pizza and the diverse spaces it occupies. By tracing its different forms, contexts, and meanings, the project reveals how this familiar dish has become deeply embedded in our daily lives and how it continues to shape the world around us.

Publishing the catalog is always a special moment for us. It is not only a symbolic farewell to the graduating class but, above all, a record of the meeting of the "head"—acquired knowledge—with the "heart"—emotions and meaning. In this year's publication, we have collected 80 diploma projects that serve as the best showcase of our graduates.
