Profile

Paulina Matusiak is a Polish-born graphic designer. She moved to the Netherlands, where she studied graphic and typographic design at the Royal Academy of Art in The Hague. After graduating, she worked as a lead designer at several studios and later as a senior designer at Studio Anton Beeke.

In 2002, she founded her own studio, Studio Matusiak, in Amsterdam. She develops a wide range of projects spanning art direction, graphic and interactive design, photography, and illustration. Her work focuses on collaborations with cultural institutions, including theaters, dance companies, and festivals.

Matusiak designed the logo for the School of Form and has been involved with the institution since its founding as both a designer and a lecturer.

Her work is characterized by a bold, experimental approach that pushes boundaries and inspires and challenges the viewer.
